We ship anywhere in the world with no minimum order value

For SG delivery, we will use local courier to despatch your goods. We aim to deliver within 24 hours.

We provide free delivery for any orders above SGD75 and there will be a minimum delivery charge of SGD5 if the order falls below SGD75. This is on a best endeavours basis and no guarantees or compensation can be given if the items do not turn up within the stated times. If the items are gifts or presents, please allow extra time just to be sure.

If your item(s) do not arrive, then please contact our customer service team in the first instance at orders@SGsouvenirs.com quoting your order/invoice number.

Overseas Delivery charges

We ship internationally at a flat rate of SGD 30. Due to some limitations, we may not be able to ship certain items such as food and bulky items. If you have any questions about the shipping eligibility of any product, do drop us an email at wecare@SGsouvenirs.com. SGsouvenirs reserves the right to cancel any order or item that does not qualify for flat rate overseas shipping.

Returns

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received it.

Firstly, please contact us at orders@SGsouvenirs.com quoting your order/invoice number and obtain a 'returns number'

Returned items must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please enclose a copy of the original order and also clearly show your returns number.

We will issue a full refund on receipt. If the product is not saleable or without its original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction against this if the product is not saleable or without its original packaging. Your return will be acknowledged by email once we receive it. Please note: -

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched by you within 7 days of receiving a returns number, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
